Famous Ukrainian writer and translator Ostap Ukrainets has left for the front.
The man reported about his mobilization on Wednesday, March 26, on his Facebook page and told what would happen next with his creative projects. He noted that he is now in the training center. It should be added that the writer has a popular science YouTube channel, “Your Underground Humanitarian.”
“The entire male part of the Humanitarian is still in the AFU. That is, there will be no video in the near future. And books will be, but it is clear that slower. Only Katya and her publishing house are left in the Humanitarian. I do not know yet what will happen with my current translations, but apparently they will not be done,” he wrote.
The Ukrainian added that he is getting used to the new realities, and all issues will be solved gradually.
“While sorting out in which part I will eventually serve and solve the admin question. There seems to be an option, but it is still in the process. And there will be seen,” he noted.
