Ukrainian investor and entrepreneur Maksym Krippa has officially joined DIM Group as a new co-owner, signaling his strategic entry into the residential real estate sector. Previously recognized for his involvement in technology, esports, and gaming—particularly as the owner of NAVI and GSC Game World, the studio behind the iconic S.T.A.L.K.E.R. series—Krippa is now broadening his investment horizons beyond commercial real estate.
According to Forbes Ukraine, Krippa’s move follows his earlier acquisitions of Kyiv’s landmark properties: the sail-shaped Parus business center and the centrally located Hotel Ukraina. His partnership with DIM Group is expected to strengthen the company’s existing developments and lay the groundwork for new large-scale projects. Among them is The One, a premium residential complex near the Parus Tower, underscoring Krippa’s continued focus on high-profile urban sites.
“I’m coming into DIM as a full partner,” Krippa confirmed, highlighting his intention to play an active role in the company’s strategic growth.
DIM Group is one of the leading residential developers in the Kyiv metropolitan area. Its portfolio includes 15 residential buildings across eight distinct projects, covering over 900,000 square meters of total area, with over 355,000 square meters already delivered. In 2024 alone, the company handed over nearly 1,200 apartments in developments such as Novyi Autograph, Lucky Land, and Park Lake City.
Founder Oleksandr Nasikovsky acknowledged that the Ukrainian housing market has faced significant challenges since 2022, creating a pressing demand for renewed financial backing. Krippa’s investment is intended to provide both capital and strategic impetus to ensure the completion of ongoing builds and accelerate the launch of new ones.
Leveraging his background in managing complex real estate assets in Ukraine and internationally, Krippa brings funding and a performance-focused mindset. While commercial and residential development differs in market behavior, he sees strong parallels in asset planning, capital efficiency, and long-term growth—making his collaboration with DIM a calculated and timely expansion.
