Hollywood and Ukrainian actress Ivanna Sakhno stopped cooperating with the famous streaming platform Netflix because she did not want to play a Russian in a new picture. She told me about this in an interview with TSN.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Now, she needs to pay compensation, which is 50% of earnings from another Netflix series.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
“I will tell you that there is less and less representation of Russians in Hollywood now. I’ve had moments where I was attached to a Netflix series during COVID. It was the role of a Russian woman. It was an American woman’s role, but it had a background from the Soviet Union. At the time, it was one of my first major roles in a big Netflix series,” Sakhno shared.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
