She revealed that in January, she underwent abdominal surgery; at that time, her condition was not considered cancerous. The surgery was successful.
However, tests after the surgery showed the presence of cancer. So my medical team advised me to have preventative chemotherapy, and I am now in the early stages of that treatment,” Kate admitted.
The wife of Prince William explained her disappearance by recovering from surgery, and she and the prince took time to explain the news to the children. The Princess of Wales thanked those who cared for the support and added that her husband had been “a great source of comfort and reassurance”.
