Ukrainian businessman Maksym Krippa, also known as the owner of the developer company of the cult game S.T.A.L.K.E.R., has set his sights on the Parus skyscraper. The Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine confirmed his plans by authorizing the acquisition of Parus Holding LLC by his company Ola Fine LLC.
This was reported by the AMCU press service on November 30.
According to YouControl’s source, Ola Fine LLC is associated with the fund “ARS Capital”, led by Maksym Krippa. The acquisition of the company will allow it to gain control over the business center “Parus”, which is located in the heart of the Ukrainian capital.
Until now, 80% of Parus Holding LLC shares were owned by businessman Vadim Stolar through his Genesa fund, and the remaining 20% by his ex-wife, Inna Maistruk, through the Stream Investment fund. However, the cards may now be shuffled as a result of Maksym Krippa ambitious plans.
