American actor and producer Arnold Schwarzenegger surprised with a statement. The celebrity admitted that he was recently installed a pacemaker. This news he told in the podcast “Arnold’s Pump Club.”
So, after heart surgery, the 76-year-old man urgently needed a pacemaker.
“I never thought I would start Monday with surgery. I had it a week ago to become a bit more of a machine: I got a pacemaker. My heartbeat had become irregular due to scar tissue buildup from the last surgery,” Schwarzenegger explained.
The surgery was done at the Cleveland Clinic. Now, the actor is feeling fine, and there is no wire for concern.
“First of all, I want you to know that I’m doing great! I had surgery on Monday, and by Friday, I was at a big environmental event with my friend and fellow fitness enthusiast Jane Fonda,” he revealed.
